This hospital has become a point of reference for people across sub-Saharan Africa. The WHO recognised it as an exemplary healthcare organisation, awarding it the Sasakawa Prize in 1996.
The concert took place in the Pau Casals Hall of the Auditori of Barcelona on 13-03-2011.
