We fly directly from Madrid into a city that looks like a film set. Hong Kong immediately surrounds you with lights, aromas and a frenetic rhythm. We stay in Mong Kok, an authentic neighbourhood where daily life mingles with street markets, hidden temples and neon lights.
A half-day guided tour introduces the highlights. We climb Victoria Peak, the city's highest point, for skyline views over the harbour and Kowloon Peninsula. We visit peaceful Repulse Bay and Aberdeen, where floating homes sit alongside modern yachts

Best time to travel to Hong Kong
Departing on November 30 has advantages beyond the destination. The December public holiday break allows a longer trip with fewer days of annual leave. It is a perfect opportunity to discover a fascinating city and return in time for Christmas.
Hong Kong is at its best in November. Daytime temperatures of around 20–24°C suit walking, markets, Victoria Peak and the bay, without summer’s humid heat. Rain is scarce and typhoon season has ended, making travel calmer and more predictable.
