Anthropological journey “Inuit Expedition” to the east coast of Greenland

Greenland is the northernmost country in the world, located on the American continent between the Atlantic and Arctic Oceans, facing the Canadian coast on one side and the north-west of Europe on the other. Just over 83% of Greenland is covered in ice, making it the world's second-largest ice reserve after Antarctica.

Travel talks: trips and routes in Greenland

Remember that this Wednesday at our offices in Viajes Tuareg, a polar explorer and an anthropologist specialising in the Inuit will share first-hand information and remarkable personal stories from their Greenland journeys.

Francesc Bailon and Gerard Van Der Berg will give this travel talk and lead an expedition to the Ammassalimmiut communities on Greenland's east coast, the last group to come into contact with the ‘white man’.
