Each time you complete one of our trips or routes, we send participants a satisfaction survey. We want to hear your honest opinions and greatly appreciate the time you spend filling in the form. Most of the forms we send out come back full of suggestions and comments, which we read carefully to assess how satisfied you are.
Every review helps us improve itineraries and correct problems. Without your feedback, shortcomings would be much harder to detect. Negative comments prompt questions, investigation and a commitment to address problems as quickly as possible. Positive feedback naturally delights us, especially when a trip has exceeded expectations and given travellers days of enjoyment and happiness.
In the Satisfaction survey we send customers begins with a quick tick-box table. We then ask for their overall impression of the trip, which has proved the best of the trip then tell us which changes or suggestions could improve future trips or similar routes. Answer these three questions as freely and frankly as you wish, without any word limit.
Reviews are increasingly important to people considering a trip. First-hand experience from earlier travellers is invaluable. That is why we publish every comment: we too read and consider others’ opinions in daily life. Antarctic positioning cruise
No new Antarctica departure is scheduled until November, as the seasons determine when we can travel there. Our latest review, therefore, from Jose Z., dates back a few months. Their overall impression is: A fantastic trip. We only wished for a couple more days to reach latitude 66º40′. The schedule was too rigid: even when we found whales and orcas, which was fabulous, mealtimes took priority over spending longer with them..
For Jose, the best thing was: The Drake Passage with its stormy waters; the wildlife — penguins, whales, seals and orcas. The light, especially in the Lemaire Channel at sunset, with stunning pink and pale blue colours. And all the scenery: glaciers, snowy mountains, a sea full of icebergs and ice, and the colours of light reflected in the ice.
Travelling to Croatia with Viajes Tuareg
Our latest trip to Croatia went as planned. Tona told us: The trip was very good but too short. For her, the highlight was the country’s beauty. We hope to publish more impressions of this destination soon.
Tailor-made travel to Costa Rica
Miguel Angel A. flew to San José for a route of volcanoes, natural parks and Caribbean beaches. Of the experience, they say: We travelled on a fly-drive trip. It is an excellent option, especially when routes and accommodation are planned in advance.
What they highlight as the best of the Costa Rica trip is: The guided Tortuguero section at the beginning helped us get our bearings, making it easy to travel independently afterwards.
