Although there are still many trips to be made since September is a month full of opportunities, we are already beginning to get the results of Satisfaction surveys that we sent to each traveller who explored the world with us in July and August. We want to share some of their feedback and reviews of Viajes Tuareg they sent us with you.
First, remember that sharing your honest opinions in our surveys can win a prize. Every three months a Viajes Tuareg traveller wins 200 euros for recalling the best of your trip, suggesting improvements and assessing our work. Here is the link to the Satisfaction survey in case you hadn't filled it in. Well, the winners of the Eleventh Viajes Tuareg travel review prize draw are Garde and Chano, a couple who traveled through the Omo Valley and ancient Abyssinia in Ethiopia.
Garde and Chano, winners of the 11th Viajes Tuareg travel review prize draw
They say: Alex, our guide has been exceptional, competent and attentive in all occasions and circumstances.
Visit both north and south [on the journey through the Omo Valley and Ancient Abyssinia] is a good idea, because they complement each other and give an overview of Ethiopia.
What do you think of Viajes Tuareg?
As promised, here are some of the opinions and reviews of Viajes Tuareg that we have received in the last few weeks.
María Antonia C. left in July to Mongolia to enjoy the Naadam Festival, Gobi and Lake Khovsgol.
He tells us: Spectacular views and incredible Mongolian people, always ready to help. We understood each other despite not sharing a language. The drivers and vehicles were fantastic: congratulations to such fine professionals. Food and accommodation were better than expected! The group spirit was wonderful, helped by our guide Selenge, who supported and encouraged us throughout. A lovely person and excellent professional.
Mongolia. Naadam Festival, the Gobi and Lake Khövsgöl.
The following opinion about Viatges Tuareg gives us Judith B. fruit of his trip to Australia after 20 days getting to know the country
The trip was fantastic, with a fascinating route and contrasting landscapes. Seeing so much wildlife — koalas, whales, emus, crocodiles, kangaroos — more than met my expectations. Although I travelled alone, I got on wonderfully with the group, which had a great sense of unity and atmosphere. Our guide Marc D. deserves special praise for his commitment and attentiveness throughout; he clearly knows the terrain, making the trip even more enjoyable. Finally, despite travelling in winter, we always had good weather. We were very lucky. A trip I recommend 100%.
Australia: From Brisbane to Sydney.
The National Parks of the East Coast United States was the destination chosen by Laura L. for their August holiday. Let’s read their Trip review.
We enjoyed each part of the trip. Personally, what we liked most was the visit to Antelope Canyon and the jeep tour of Monument Valley. The fact of extending our stay in San Francisco allowed us to learn more about the city, which we loved. The route is fantastic and the spectacular parks, very impressive because they are different from each other. Our guide Marianne accompanied us on all the excursions on which it was allowed, and always recommended excursions according to the possibilities and tastes of each one. A very pleasant surprise.
United States. Hiking in the western national parks.
Silvia F. shares these thoughts about their hiking trip in Slovakia.
Mountains and food: a perfect combination. The highlight was the Slovak cuisine Bea and her cooking team served, with daily explanations of the dishes. Spectacular food and desserts. I came away with a very positive impression. It was exactly what I wanted: mountain walks and an introduction to a new country’s culture.
Slovakia. Hiking in the Natural Parks of the Carpathians.
María del Pilar P. returned very satisfied from her trip to Iran last August, as her review of the route shows.
Great! It's a country to visit. Not only for its immense cultural heritage, but for its people, who make this journey a very special experience. To have a duration of twelve days, the itinerary is very complete: we were able to get to know cities, places and points of interest very different from each other and to get a general idea of this wonderful country.
Iran. Classic Persia: Shiraz, Kerman, Yazd, Isfahan and Tehran.
Also from this August are the impressions sent by Iñigo G. on its days of trekking in Bulgaria.
The highlights were the company, mountains, accommodation and the area’s still-low visitor numbers. The guide made sound decisions and stayed on top of everything. An excellent route. Recommended.
Bulgaria. Trekking in the Balkans: Rila, Pirin and Rhodope Mountains.
Elisabet P. traveled to Thailand. Your opinion of one of the travel to Asia the most requested by our clients is this:
The best part of the Thailand trip was trekking in Chiang Mai, seeing how the Karen and Lahu communities live and spending time with them. The sunsets and idyllic beaches of Krabi’s islands. In Bangkok, the hotel’s 20th-floor pool with spectacular skyline views. Chinatown, overflowing with colours, flavours and aromas.
Thailand. Bangkok, ethnic minority villages trek and southern beaches.
