This trip immerses you in the wilderness of Alaska and the Yukon. Along the way, we cross mountain ranges, explore impressive glaciers and discover the history of the gold rush. Alaska at the end of summer and early autumn displays incredibly photogenic landscapes. Eduardo Blanco Mendizábal will guide us on this expedition to capture autumn colours, imposing glaciers and local wildlife, with opportunities to photograph the Northern Lights. The highlight is an exciting seaplane trip to Brooks Falls to watch bears catching salmon at the waterfalls.
Because of its extreme latitude, a journey through Alaska is always an adventure. Leaving Anchorage, the capital, we enter the wilderness. Here, tarmac often gives way to dirt tracks (most in excellent condition), and resources are scarce.
Traveling through Alaska with a guide is certainly the best way to get to know this remote state.
